Management an Information Systems Week 2 Lecture.- This lecture consisted in how to write for any assignments in a reflective way. These are few of the things we have to bear in mind while writing: - The writing should be clear. - The writing has to be rational. - Well structured with a short description to ensure what the writing is about. - All the important details should be clearly mentioned as well as the reason to it. It is really very important to understand the steps shown above in order to write in a reflective way, also by this the writing is much more understandable.  Thanks to this lecture I have more information on how to write in a reflective way, something which is really important for me. MIS WEEK 1

Management and Information Systems Week 1 Lecture.- The first lecture consisted on the challenges of the 21st century for organisations as well as the 3 waves of changes which are:  - Civilisation base. - Industrial revolution. - Information age. The topic that attracted me the most was the E-business innovations and the opportunities since google was launched. Its development was remarkable. The technology has grown very fast as well, the mobile phones, social media and information systems specially.  Thanks to this lecture I know what e-Business is and how it works. Hopefully it is going to help me a lot in the future in order to handle my family business which is the import and export of cars and in the near future E-Business is going to ply a vital role on its improvement. MIS WEEK 10

Management and Information System Week 10 Lecture.- After the much needed easter holidays I met Mr Bilal Haider once again which was something really good as the topic of the lecture was Sustainability and Business in the 21st century. This topics consists  on the reduction of wastage about all the types of energy and important resources. There was one topic which really caught my attention was the the use of gas by the reduction of electricity. The main reason was that people nowadays waste too much electricity which is really bad. With the use of gas people are really going to understand that electricity can finish anytime because of its constant wastage. MIS WEEK 9 ( Easter break)

Management and Information Systems  Group presentation discussion.- Before going to our easter holidays we had decided to film our presentation video bearing in mind the points we have to speak about in our presentation so that later on we have enough time to make any changes and do the editing of the video if necessary. Secondly we filmed the video just a day before our holidays. Luckily the date we decided for our presentation was suitable for all of us and filmed the video succesfully.  Lastly we discussed about who is going to do the editing of the video and I was the one who offered himself to do so. So on holidays I did the editing of the video and showed it to my group members, to what I got good response from them. MIS WEEK 8

Management and Information Systems Week 8 Lecture.- On Monday morning I attended the lecture of Mr. Bilal Haider about the Business Models in the Digital world. Mintzberg's 5 types of organisational structure was what really attracted me  as this helps a company a lot in order to be successful and build a strong empire. Those are: - Entrepreneurial  - Machine bureaucracy - Divisionalised bureaucracy - Professional bureaucracy  - Adhocracy This structure plays a vital role in an organisation to be more competitive as well as in being able to sustain it. I am really thankful for this lecture as in the future when I take the responsibility of my father's business or even try to open my own company, this structure is going to help me in being organised and be innovative for the company's welfare. MIS WEEK 7

Management and Information Systems Week 7 Lecture.- On Monday morning  Mr Haider explained us how and what to do on Prezi. Basically the lecture of Monday was regarding our presentation. The lecturer explained us what backgrounds we should use for our presentation, what type of information we should put on it. Personally this lecture was one of the most helpful ones for me, I have learnt on how to use Prezi for my future presentations and what type of information I should use for each of my slides as well as how to catch the audience's attention. Week 7 Seminar.- On Tuesday afternoon we had our new Seminar on how to use more functions of Excel. How to use the What if Analysis function. Honestly I do not know if today's class was easier than the previous ones or thanks to Miss Susie I am improving my Excel skills. MIS WEEK 5

Management and Information System Week 5 Lecture.- On this week's first lecture we learnt about IS Crimes, Security and Controls. This week we were taught about the threats of the companies which mostly are vulnerable to internal and external threats, security threats, hurricanes and many more. The most interesting part of this lecture for me were The Most Common Computers Crimes divided in two. Firstly the unauthorised people, who look through electronic data, some of them peek at the monitors, others intercept electronic communications and some of them are the thieves of computers or storage media. Secondly the Information Modification, where very high profile hackers gains the administrator's status and accesses electronic information such as call centres or sale of customer information.
